Jacek Zadrożny has worked in the field of digital accessibility for over two decades.
He co-authored Polish legislation, including the Sign Language Act and the Electoral Code, and he implemented the Digital Accessibility Act at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Currently, he owns his own practice, where he evaluates the accessibility of websites and applications according to WCAG 2.1/2.2, trains development teams, and publishes the weekly newsletter Dostepnik. He organizes the AutomaticA11y conference. As a blind person who works with screen readers daily, he has a unique perspective that cannot be gleaned from specifications alone. Having recently implemented accessibility for stores on Magento and Hyvä, he provides practical advice for e-commerce teams.
