Kuba Zwoliński is the CXO at Snowdog, organizing Meet Magento Poland conferences since 2012.  He is a four-time Magento Master: Maker, a prestigious recognition for his contributions to the open-source community and the Magento ecosystem. He has also led his team to win the Most Innovative Customer Experience Award in 2018 for creating a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels. He's an active Speaker on many Magento-related events & meetups and an accessibility evangelist.

Marta has been organizing the Meet Magento conferences since 2012 (all previous editions). She's also an organizer of Magento Master 2020 and the Magento Association Connect conferences (all three editions). Outside of the e-commerce industry, Marta is an active skydiver and instructor who organizes the biggest European skydiving event, the European Skydiving Symposium. 

Aleksandra “Ola” Czapiewska, née Kijewska, and Jakub “Kuba” Winkler are active members of the Magento community and strong supporters of the Magento Association initiative. Jakub contributes directly to the development of Magento Open Source as a developer, sharing his knowledge, raising awareness about the importance of open platform development, and building solutions that meaningfully support the Magento ecosystem. Ola, on the other hand, actively supports the marketing efforts of the Magento Association, promoting initiatives and raising awareness about the importance of open platform development. Both are regularly involved in community events, sharing insights and advocating Magento as a flexible and scalable e-commerce solution. Their involvement combines hands-on support, real contributions, and a shared passion for building the future of Magento.
