Marta has been organizing the Meet Magento conferences since 2012 (all previous editions). She's also an organizer of Magento Master 2020 and the Magento Association Connect conferences (all three editions). Outside of the e-commerce industry, Marta is an active skydiver and instructor who organizes the biggest European skydiving event, the European Skydiving Symposium.

Kuba Zwoliński is the CEO at Snowdog, organizing Meet Magento Poland conferences since 2012.  He is a four-time Magento Master: Maker, a prestigious recognition for his contributions to the open-source community and the Magento ecosystem. He has also led his team to win the Most Innovative Customer Experience Award in 2018 for creating a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels. He's an active Speaker on many Magento-related events & meetups and an accessibility evangelist.
