Michal brings alomst a decade of hands-on experience driving growth in the fashion, luxury jewellery and e-commerce sectors. Since October 2025, he has led the online channel for Sportofino, where he is responsible for the digital roadmap, omni-channel execution and team culture. Prior to this role, he was instrumental in scaling the online operations of YES Biżuteria, navigating a period of rapid change, reorganising the IT stack and establishing best-in-class analytics and process standards.
With a background bridging product ownership, front- and back-end development, and organisational design, Michal has built and led multi-disciplinary teams including frontend, backend, QA, DevOps and support - embedding agile practices, crafting recruitment strategies (with emphasis on soft skills and culture fit), and implementing MACH-architecture microservices. He is passionate about creating seamless customer experiences that combine deep technical foundations with brand-level storytelling.
