As the Director of Digital Solutions and E-commerce, he is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and development of digital products at Medicover. In his current role, he is developing a unique product in the market, Medistore – a comprehensive sales platform related to health. In his work, he combines technical knowledge with business experience, creating a bridge between the customer – both internal and external – and technology. Miłosz has over ten years of experience in E-commerce, which he gained by delivering sales platforms and building them – along with his team – from scratch. He has worked in various industries, including automotive and retail. Currently, his focus is on the digitalization of sales and the delivery of broadly understood health services. Miłosz is a huge fan of new technologies and their effective and rational use in meeting business needs. He constantly strives to optimize the efficiency of teams producing business value.
